• Uses form features wherein name of the preparer and approver is picked up from a pre authorised database. The subject of the letter is also picked up from standard templates; has the option to prepare new templates
• Records date and time stamp automatically
• Provides secure process – on the workflow side, the letter gets prepared by a preparer and then gets approved by an approver and digitally signed.. Once approved, the letter cannot be edited and is sealed
• Allows the user the option to send a hard copy or soft copy
• Incorporates lock in features which prevent copying of logo and any miscommunication
